As a location or division manager, an agent will have visibility over all leads and agents of the location or division. This will allow them to see and edit all leads of said location or division.
Note: If an agent is not displayed in this list, they may already be a division manager. A division manager is a subset group of a location and an agent can not be both a location and division manager.
- Hover over the "Agents" tab and select either "to Locations" or "To Sales Divisions" depending on which you are making the agent a manager of.
- Once selected you will select the location in upper right drop down. (if changing for sales division, you will choose that once you have selected the location)
- You will now select the agent from the left box and move them to the right box by double-clicking their name or single clicking and using the arrow. Once that has been done select "Update Location Managers" to save the changes.
- You can do the reverse actions mentioned above to remove an agents Location or Sales Division manager access.
- The last step would be to ensure the agent has the "Agent/Location filter" selected as a dashboard pod as shown below.
