In this article, you will learn how to create and edit notifications for yourself and other users. 


You will want to review is ensuring the agent(s) have a valid email address in either the personal email address or notification email address fields within their profile.



Now you will navigate to "Settings" and click "Notification Settings within the pop-up window.



  • Filter on the agent you wish to make edits for (apply settings for)
  • Click on Create Notification
  • Choose the desired notification type (what event the notification is for)

  • Select the scope (who's actions the notification covers)
  • Select the Delivery method
    • App (push notificaton to the mobile app)
    • Email
    • Pod (Activity Stream pod and sidebar on desktop CRM)
  • Click Save to save the notificaiton 

From the list of notifications you can deselect any delivery method that may not be desired or click the red X to delete a notification.
