DealerPeak Customer Profile Overview


Top Tabs:

  • Send Email: Initiate an email to the customer (used when you do not have a task to complete).

  • Add Task: Create a task related to the customer, such as a follow-up call or email.

  • Make Call: Place and log a call to the customer (used when you do not have a task to complete).

  • Take Call: log an incoming call from the customer.

  • Texting: Send a text message to the customer (used when you do not have a task to complete).

  • Print Docs: Print relevant documents related to the customer.

  • Print Screen: Print the current screen for reference.

  • Inventory: Access inventory with prepopulated email template to send to the customer.

  • F&I Form: Access and manage finance application.

  • Credit: Review the customer's credit information.


Contact Information (Upper Left):


  • Primary Contact: Add or edit Name, phone numbers, email address, and other contact information of the primary contact.

  • Secondary Contact: Add or edit Name, phone numbers, email address, and other contact information of the secondary contact., if applicable.


Lead Information (Middle Left):

  • Lead Type, Source, and Status: These fields display the lead's category, origin, and how it was added to the CRM.



Editing a Lead:

  • Reassign: Allows you to transfer the lead to another salesperson or team member.

  • Add Co-Buyer: Enables you to add a co-buyer to the lead.

  • Edit: Provides the option to modify the lead's details.

  • Activity: Shows a history of interactions and activities associated with the lead.

Lead Action:

  • Appt Set: Appointment scheduled.

  • Apot Kept: Appointment kept.

  • Demo: Product demonstration conducted.

  • Write Up Sale written up (quoted)

  • Sale:.Marks the lead sold.

  • Change Lead Status: Provides a dropdown menu to manually adjust the lead's status.

Vehicle Information:


  • Interests: Displays vehicles the customer is interested in, including the vehicle's make, model, and year. You can add or remove vehicles from this list.

  • Trade-In: Allows you to record information about a potential trade-in vehicle, including its make, model, and condition. You can also add information about the vehicle's appraisal.

  • Add Inventory, Add Trade-In Buttons to add information about inventory, trade-ins associated with the lead.

  • Show Lead Details: Provides a detailed view of the lead's information, including contact details, communication history, and notes.

Right Side Tabs:


  • Email: Access the customer's email history.

  • Campaigns: View campaigns the customer is involved in.

  • Groups: View groups the customer belongs to.

  • Calls: View call history with the customer.

  • CSR: View customer service representative interactions.

  • Surveys: View survey responses from the customer.

  • Files: Access files related to the customer.

  • Tasks: List of assigned tasks and their status.

    • Anytime: View tasks and activities scheduled for any time.

    • Today: View tasks and activities scheduled for today.

    • Overdue: View overdue tasks and activities.

    • Future: View tasks and activities scheduled for the future.

  • Notes: Notes related to the customer's interactions and preferences.

  • Deals: History of online deals with the customer.

  • Value: HIstorical transactions (sales and service)  value of the customer to the business.

  • Search: Search for specific vehicle within inventory and create an alert when in stock..

  • Auto-Pilot: Automated processes or workflows assigned to the customer.

  • Scores: Customer scores or ratings based on various criteria (CDP Offering).

  • Garage: Information about the customer's vehicles.

  • Texting: Text messaging history with the customer.


Account Activity:

  • All: View all account activity.

  • Communication: View communication history.

  • Leads: View lead history.

  • OEM: View OEM Disposition information.
