1. Access the Trade-In Section:

  • Locate the "Trade-In" section within the lead form. This is where you'll input details about the customer's trade-in vehicle.

2. Provide Essential Vehicle Information:

  • VIN: Enter the Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) of the trade-in vehicle. This is a unique identifier for each vehicle.
  • Year: Select the year of the trade-in vehicle from the dropdown menu.
  • Make: Choose the make of the trade-in vehicle from the dropdown menu.
  • Model: Select the model of the trade-in vehicle from the dropdown menu.
  • Bodystyle: Select the body style of the trade-in vehicle from the dropdown menu.
  • Condition: Select the overall condition of the trade-in vehicle from the dropdown menu. This might include options like "Excellent," "Good," "Fair," etc.

3. Optional Details (if available):

  • Trim: If known, specify the trim level of the trade-in vehicle.
  • Exterior Color: Enter the exterior color of the trade-in vehicle.
  • Interior Color: Enter the interior color of the trade-in vehicle.
  • Cylinders: Enter the number of cylinders in the trade-in vehicle's engine.

  • Once added you can push the trade to appraisal tools such as vAuto or FirstLook if the integration is setup. 
  • You will see the icon appear next to the trade.
