Adding a Vehicle of Interest to a Lead
This guide outlines the different ways to add a vehicle of interest to a lead profile within the CRM. You have three convenient options to choose from:
1. From Inventory:
- Access Inventory: Click on the "Add Inventory" button within the lead profile. This will open a new window displaying your current vehicle inventory.
- Search and Select: Use the inventory search filters to find the desired vehicle(s). You can filter by make, model, year, and other criteria.
- Add to Lead: Once you've located the vehicle(s), select them and click "Add to Lead." This will add the selected vehicle(s) as interests to the lead's profile.
2. Quick Add:
- Quick Entry: Click on the "Quick Add" button within the lead profile.
- Add by Stock Number: If you know the vehicle's stock number, simply enter it in the provided field and click "Add."
- Build a Generic Vehicle: If you don't have a specific vehicle in mind, you can build a generic vehicle of interest. Select the make, model, and other relevant details to create a placeholder for the customer's preference.
3. Recommend:
- Personalized Recommendation: Click on the "Recommend" button within the lead profile.
- Select Vehicle: Choose the vehicle you want to recommend from your inventory.
- Automated Email: This action will not only add the vehicle as an interest to the lead's profile but also automatically send an email to the customer with a pre-populated template showcasing the recommended vehicle. This feature streamlines communication and enhances customer engagement.
By utilizing these options, you can effectively capture and manage customer vehicle interests within the CRM, leading to improved sales processes and customer satisfaction.
